Scott Sedam is president of TrueNorth Development, a consulting and training firm that works with builders to improve products, process, and profits. A senior contributing editor to Pro Builder, Scott writes about all aspects of the home building business and won the 2015 Jesse H. Neal Award, business journalism's most prestigious prize, for his commentary in Pro Builder.

Ted C. Jones, Chief Economist with Stewart Title Guaranty, brings his years of expertise in applied real estate research to the Building Summit & Expo.

Jones will close it out by providing his unique and humorous look into the future. He annually gives more than 150 presentations on real estate and the economic outlook each year, sprinkling his own brand of humor in to the mix of numbers and economic forecasts.

Before assuming his role as Chief Economist – Senior Vice President for Stewart Title Guaranty, Jones serve as the first director of publicly traded Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC) for 17 years. He earned a Ph.D. in finance with a minor in statistics and a master’s degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining Stewart he served as chief economist at Texas A&M University’s Real Estate Center, the nation’s largest publicly funded real estate research group.

Kelsey McGregor has over 10 years of experience designing and furnishing homes, office spaces, and select rooms for business professionals and established families in and around the Oklahoma Metro area. Full involvement in each aspect of her company’s project is crucial – Kelsey will be present for initial client meetings, project management, design appointments, and the execution and installation of furnishings.

‍In addition to having a design background and eye for bespoke elements that transform a space, Kelsey is recognized for her fresh styles that exude warmth and are subtly layered with texture and details. She believes that designing a home “is so much more than furnishings and paint colors; it’s about sharing the history and values of a family and leaving the book open for more to be written.

Curtis is an Oklahoma Certified Professional Builder, a designation few Oklahoma builders hold. Curtis is active in the Norman community as well as the state. In 2009, Curtis was appointed to the Governor’s Uniform State Building Code Commission by Governor Brad Henry and was re-appointed from 2015-2019 by Governor Mary Fallin. Curtis was voted Oklahoma State Home Builder of the Year by his peers in 2010. He served as the chair for the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association Code Committee. Curtis is also a Nationally Certified GREEN Professional Builder.

Justin DiLauro is a Partner and the Chief Quality Officer at BRAYN Consulting LLC, which is an independent consulting firm providing various specialty tax credit and incentive services, including those for Federal 45L and R&D Tax Credits.  For the last fifteen years and as a degreed-engineer and licensed attorney, Justin has been most predominantly focused on working with businesses in the greater building industry, including home building and residential real estate development, claim their Federal 45L and R&D Tax Credits, and defend such claims as needed before the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) from the University of Michigan, College of Engineering and law degree (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center and is a licensed attorney by the State Bar of Texas.  Based in Houston, Texas,  Justin is in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas regularly servicing BRAYN’s clients in the state.

Todd Booze was Co-owner and President of Construction for Ideal Homes in Norman, OK from 1990-2018 and currently serves as Director of National Housing Quality Award for Professional Builder Magazine.

Under his direction, Ideal Homes built the first National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Green Certified Home in Oklahoma, the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) residential home in America and led the charge on energy efficient construction by becoming the first builder in America to construct an affordable line of Energy Star Homes.

Booze is a 28 year active member and leader in the Building community. He is a member of the national Energy and Environmental Builders Alliance (EEBA), the NAHB, the Builder Association of South Central Oklahoma (BASCO) as President and current Board of Directors, the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association (COHBA) Board of Directors, the Oklahoma State Homebuilders Association (OSHBA) where he served as President in 2014 and currently serves on the board of directors and Legislative Chairman. Through this involvement he has played a vital role in the advancement of energy efficient awareness and building performance standards, as well as key political issues pertaining to the building industry. He also currently served as the Vice Chairman of the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission Building Technical Committee for the State adoption of 2009 & 2015 IRC Building Code State and Chairman of 2018 IRC Building Technical Committee.

Booze served as a member of the NAHB Research Center’s Quality Builders Council and currently served as a national judge for the National Housing Quality Award program from 2006-2018.

Jason Fisher is a Technical Specialist at ICF International and is a Certified Home Energy Rater and a Certified Building Performance Institute Analyst and Proctor. Mr. Fisher manages the Energy Star New Homes Program, the Home Performance with Energy Star Program, and the Multifamily Program for PSO, AEP the electric company in Tulsa, Lawton, and surrounding areas in Oklahoma. He works with Home Energy Raters (HERS), trade professionals, homeowners, and builders to construct some of the most energy efficient homes in Oklahoma and to rebuild existing homes to a more energy efficient standard. Mr. Fisher worked for BuildBlock Building Systems, an insulating concrete forms manufacturer, prior to working for ICF International. As the Business Development Manager for BuildBlock Building Systems, Mr. Fisher has worked with advanced building systems and pioneered new ways to utilize those materials to construct some of the most energy efficient buildings in the US and Canada. Mr. Fisher served on the board of directors as a founding member of the US Green Building Council’s Oklahoma Chapter and was the South Central Regional Council Member for Oklahoma. He was a committee member on the LEED for Schools Task Force, and a committee member on the Insulating Concrete Form Association’s New Membership Committee. He currently serves as a member on the BPI Standards and Technical Committee. Mr. Fisher served as the ICF Technical Advisor and Crew Leader on two of ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition television shows. He has appeared as a green building expert on KTOK 1000 AM, OKC Metro TV News Show, Oklahoma Forum, and Home Talk USA with the Cajun Contractor.

Sean Paul Rieger is a licensed attorney, architect, and real estate broker and serves as lead attorney at Rieger Law Group, PLLC. Rieger graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in architecture and then went on to pursue a law degree after five years of practicing architecture. Rieger began his practice as a sole practitioner for several years before expanding his law firm and hiring on other attorneys. He has been representing Oklahoma market since 200. Rieger’s main areas of practice are related to real estate, zoning, land use, development, construction, business, property, landlord-tenant, business entities, contracts, wills, trusts, and related litigation.
