In his role, Ketchum oversees commercial business development, rates and regulatory, and public advocacy. 

Prior to joining ONE Gas, Ketchum worked for Black Hills Corporation in several roles, including director of business development, director of public relations and marketing, director of customer engagement and director of investor relations and corporatecommunications. He also worked for Bluetooth SIG during the start-up phase as the technical evangelist. He was a senior analyst in the Chairman’s office for Aquila and the senior manager of business development for the Aquila weather derivative business.

Born in Kansas City, Mo., Ketchum earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 1994 from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Phoenix.

Ted C. Jones, former Chief Economist with Stewart Title Guaranty, brings his years of expertise in applied real estate research to the Building Summit & Expo.

Jones will close it out by providing his unique and humorous look into the future. He annually gives more than 150 presentations on real estate and the economic outlook each year, sprinkling his own brand of humor in to the mix of numbers and economic forecasts.

Before assuming his role as Chief Economist – Senior Vice President for Stewart Title Guaranty, Jones serve as the first director of publicly traded Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC) for 17 years. He earned a Ph.D. in finance with a minor in statistics and a master’s degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining Stewart he served as chief economist at Texas A&M University’s Real Estate Center, the nation’s largest publicly funded real estate research group.

Scott Sedam is Principal of TrueNorth Consulting, a MiTek Service focused exclusively on the building industry. Now in its 28th year TrueNorth conducts consulting projects and training workshops with more than 250 builder, supplier & trade clients in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico. TrueNorth’s LeanBuilding™ processes have saved clients more than $500 million, demonstrating clearly how to improve product, process while enhancing builder, supplier, and trade relationships. Scott’s presentations are a popular feature at industry conferences and company meetings. Currently Scott serves as contributing editor for Professional Builder Magazine where his monthly column has received multiple writing awards over its 27-year run. He also authors a weekly Linked In post, “Waste NOT Wednesday” where each week a picture, usually of something gone wrong or simply wasteful, stimulates impassioned debate among the many followers. He is a passionate advocate of the application of Lean Methods as the one way to reduce cost without the collateral damage that inhibits long-term growth and success. Scott is the longest serving examiner for the National Housing Quality Award, a past examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Home Building Institute (HBI) that is leading the way toward rebuilding the American trade base. Bobby Mink, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is the owner and Head Coach at Choice Consulting and Management, LLC, with over 40 years of experience in business and construction management. His career spans roles from Finish/Warranty Manager to Vice President, Operations and Development, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and Chief Operations Officer. Mink specializes in revitalizing struggling companies and startup home building ventures through strategic planning and effective systems. He offers corporate coaching, focusing on structure, communication, accountability, and teamwork, and has significantly contributed to business growth and development in the building industry.

Dan Mayen has over 20 years of experience in the Construction Materials Industry. Since 2013, he has been Quality Manager for Dolese Bros. Co. in Oklahoma City. He received his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Nuevo Leon in Mexico in 1999 and his Master’s Degree in High Performance Concrete from the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada in 2004. He has been involved in the development, specification and quality control of different construction materials (road bases, drainage aggregate layers, rip-rap, ready-mixed concrete, asphalt concrete, etc.) for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure and Heavy Civil projects in Mexico, Canada and the United States.

Kelsey McGregor has over 10 years of experience designing and furnishing homes, office spaces, and select rooms for business professionals and established families in and around the Oklahoma Metro area. Full involvement in each aspect of her company’s project is crucial – Kelsey will be present for initial client meetings, project management, design appointments, and the execution and installation of furnishings.

‍In addition to having a design background and eye for bespoke elements that transform a space, Kelsey is recognized for her fresh styles that exude warmth and are subtly layered with texture and details. She believes that designing a home “is so much more than furnishings and paint colors; it’s about sharing the history and values of a family and leaving the book open for more to be written.

   As a senior-level Premium Auditor at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company, Amber Neasby recognizes the stigma associated with the word “audit” and seeks to take the anxiety out of the payroll analysis many employers experience when their policy term ends.

   She believes in building strong relationships with her clients, ensuring that they feel heard, and strives to provide valuable knowledge during every audit. Amber takes time to walk a policyholder through the audit process, guiding them and helping them better understand the nuances of payroll and associated benefits that she’s considering as she evaluates the business’s books.

    Amber joined CompSource Mutual in 2014, and with a decade of experience doing audits, there have been many high points. However, the pinnacle is the first time a policyholder was so satisfied with her professionalism, compassion, and knowledge that they specifically requested she be their auditor every year.

    Beyond her professional life, Amber has been deeply rooted in volunteerism from an early age. She was involved with the Camp Fire organization throughout her childhood and went on to work for them following college. Motherhood has seen her become involved in her children’s extracurricular activities, serving as a Senior Guard Mom and the vice president of Bixby Cheer.
