Charlie Scott has more than 35 years of first-hand home building industry experience with 20 years as a home builder, then 15 years as an Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction & Referral Sales consultant. Charlie has worked with the Who’s Who among U.S. homebuilders and has helped guide more than 200 builders to higher levels of operational excellence. His clients racked up substantial market share growth, higher employee satisfaction and numerous awards including: Builder of The Year, America’s Best Builder and National Housing Quality Awards.

Charlie is a frequent national and international keynote speaker, National Housing Quality Award Executive Council Member, Contributing Editor for Professional Builder Magazine, author of “Construction Knowledge 101” and in 2018 was inducted into the National Housing Quality Award Hall of fame.

James W. Tobin III is Executive Vice President for Government Affairs and Chief Lobbyist at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Jim is responsible for directing the federal, state and local lobbying, as well as political activities for NAHB. In addition to his lobbying responsibilities, Jim guides the activities of the association’s political action committee, BUILD-PAC, and the grassroots network. Jim’s past policy experience has concentrated on tax policy and environmental policy.
Jim joined NAHB in 1998, and before becoming NAHB’s Chief Lobbyist, Jim was NAHB’s Vice President for Federal Relations. Prior to NAHB, Jim was Senior Legislative Assistant to former-U.S. Representative Frank Riggs (CA) and former-U.S. Representative Gary Franks (CT).
Jim holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. He resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with his wife and their two children.

With over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, I now serve as VP of Sales at Anewgo. After 11 years in home building, first helping families design and build their homes, and later leading sales, marketing, and design teams, I’m thrilled to be part of a company that’s pioneering the future of new home sales and marketing technology. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovation in our industry. Outside of work, I enjoy life with my husband and our five boys. Never a dull moment! I’m energized by the work we’re doing and excited about what’s ahead.

Rebecca is a dedicated leader with a passion for empowering others and making a meaningful impact. As Executive Director of Workforce and Economic Development at Meridian Technology Center, she brings more than 30 years of experience in training, leadership development, and organizational strategy. Her work spans small businesses, large corporations, and non-profits—helping each cultivate strong leaders, foster engaging workplace cultures, and implement strategic plans that drive results.

Prior to joining Meridian, Rebecca served on the faculty at Oklahoma State University and directed the Center for the Future of Work. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Sciences from OSU, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in Human Relations and Employee Development, along with a graduate certificate in Economic Development from the University of Oklahoma.

Rebecca’s career reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning, collaboration, and creating opportunities that strengthen both individuals and communities.

Mike Hancock, a licensed Structural and Mechanical Engineer with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University (1986), is renowned for expertise in concrete construction and foundation contracting. Notable roles include Senior Design Engineer at Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant and owner of Basement Contractors and Hancock Building and Design in Edmond, Oklahoma. His portfolio encompasses diverse projects like the radiological waste facility and Kaw Lake hydroelectric plant intake structure. Mike's hands-on approach spans over 25 years, recognized with awards such as National Foundation Contractor of the Year (2011).

Insurance career has encompassed 45 years of service.  Begin career in Premium Audit / Loss Control training, 1980, Maryland Casualty after graduating California State University Sacramento. Eventually returned to Oklahoma via Crum & Forster Insurance.  Joined Mid- Continent Casualty 1986 specializing in Premium Audit for the Oil/Gas Industry and Contractors – Homebuilders Program.

Hobbies – Collecting coins and going to The Masters Tournament.

Carl Novara is a business owner and founder of CNCS Direct, a software company that helps professionals use AI and automation to grow smarter, more efficient businesses. With over 20 years of experience and a practical, real-world teaching style, Carl lives in Owasso, Oklahoma with his wife Amy, their three kids, and two dogs.

Dr. Ramseyer has been a member of the faculty of The University of Oklahoma in the School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science since 2006, holds the rank of Associate Professor and is the Director of the Fears Structural Engineering Laboratory.  He received the CEES George W. Tauxe Outstanding Professor Award in 2004 & 2011 and the College of Engineering Alumni Teaching Award in 2007.

Dr. Ramseyer has personal credit for over $2 million dollars in research and over $1.1 million dollars in donations to support research.  He is a leading researcher of the engineering properties of Calcium SulphoAluminate cements.  His structural research interests include rehabilitation and repair of pavement and bridges and lateral load resistance of structures due to high wind events.

Dr. Ramseyer is a Licensed Professional Engineer in OK , CA and WY.  He was chair of the 2009 and 2015 IRC Building Technical Review Committee for the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission.  He was involved in the rewriting of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation – 2009 Specification as part of the Section 500 (Bridges) Committee.  He is the lead structural engineer for the award winning SkyDance Bridge in Oklahoma City. He is the only structural engineer that participated in both the NSF RAPID residential evaluation and ASCE/SEI school/commercial structure evaluation of the May 20th 2013 Tornado in Moore, Oklahoma. Dr. Ramseyer helped develop the City of Moore, enhanced building code for tornadoes and developed the Residential Tornado Provisions of the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission adoption of the 2015 International Residential Code.

Sean Paul Rieger is a licensed attorney, architect, and real estate broker and serves as lead attorney at Rieger Law Group, PLLC. Rieger graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in architecture and then went on to pursue a law degree after five years of practicing architecture. Rieger began his practice as a sole practitioner for several years before expanding his law firm and hiring on other attorneys. He has been representing Oklahoma market since 200. Rieger’s main areas of practice are related to real estate, zoning, land use, development, construction, business, property, landlord-tenant, business entities, contracts, wills, trusts, and related litigation.

Born in Louisiana and a graduate of LSU, Vanessa has been in the Title Business over 40 years. She was an Area Vice President for FirsTitle and Smith Brothers Abstracting for 3 ½ years. Her hobbies include road trips and Thunder basketball. Her husband, Mike, has been a builder for 45 years and she loves being involved in the building company. Vanessa brings her special insights to the issues builders need to know.

Jerad Berry former Marine and  mortgage banker for Bank of Oklahoma with 25 years on lending experience.   I have many passions,  two of my top passions are teaching and practicing martial arts and  working mortgage deals.  I have been practicing martial arts since I was 4 years old and teaching for the last 15 years. I hold a black belt in Kajukempo and close to my black belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu.   I have been with the Gracie Family since 2002.   I have presented multiple self defense classes in around the Tulsa area with great success. Nothing more satisfying than teaching something that could save somebody’s life.
